The location was great in the middle of jackson. It was also close to all the food restaurants and the mall, shopping needs, and a good area.

The hotel was a vacation base for enjoying a fairly quiet area, near all restaurants and shopping needs as well as all the food restaurants and the mall. We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff was very friendly and welcoming, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and our room, which appeared to be new. The hotel provided spacious and brightly lit rooms, along with large towels. The bed was very comfortable, and the different firmness of pillows catered to various tastes.

The hotel is located in a great area with easy access to a variety of activities and restaurants nearby. The room was clean and well-appointed with a comfortable bed and a large bathroom. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, responding quickly to any requests we had. The breakfast was delicious and offered several options for a reasonable price.

The hotel did not offer an electric vehicle charging station on site, which was disappointing for those of us who were hoping to utilize that amenity during our stay.

The location of Courtyard By Marriott Memphis East Galleria was perfect for us, as it was right next to the mall and restaurants. We loved having everything conveniently nearby during our stay. Additionally, the room was very clean and appeared to be new, with a comfy bed and a variety of pillow options.

The room was very clean and had a new feel to it. The bed was comfortable and it came with different pillows to cater to various preferences. Another thing that really impressed me was their accommodating staff. They were always ready to help and made sure that everything was in order.

I was disappointed to find out that there was no complimentary breakfast. I had to pay for one, which I thought was a bit surprising given the price point of the room.
